That's how I believe your website should be. A clean, easy to navigate layout. Simple and intuitive to use. And most importantly, it needs to be affordable for you, especially in this day and age. What's the point of having a site that hurts you more than it helps?

I designed my first website in 1996 while attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. We've come a long way since then, and I've seen some pretty tacky sites. Big flashing banners, pop-up windows, things moving and jumping and cluttering up the website for no good reason.

My approach is simple... get your message across with just enough bells and whistles to keep folks interested. Sure, I'll design you a tacky webpage if that's what you're after. But, being a fourth-generation Outer Banker, I just like to keep life straightforward and simple.

Stroll around my website, take a look at my portfolio, and when you're ready to give yourself a clean, streamlined web presence, let me know. :)
